How can Bid4MyJobOnline.com work for me?
Consumers place a job or service they need done on the Bid Board at no cost to them. The consumer provides details of the work and selects the length of the time allowed for biding. It is the responsibility of the consumer to give as much information in job description as possible. There is a place for job description, along with places for images of the work area and even an area for additional comments such as measurements.
Service providers, including contractors, handymen and women, Mr. Fix It, or anyone who can provide quality work at reasonable prices will Bid on the Job. Competition will bring down the cost of the Job, and create a place where anyone can find work. Some Jobs may require licensed contractors able to pull permits, while others may not. During the Bidding process consumers and service providers will be able to correspond with each other, the consumer remains anonymous throughout the bidding unless they choose otherwise.
During the Bidding process the consumers and service providers may follow along watching who is Bidding and how much they are Bidding, along with the service providers quality score. This is available on The Bid Board or on each registrant’s My Bid Board. By clicking on the highlighted number under Bids for each Job anyone may view this information. Also available by clicking on the low Bidders Bid you can see the Bio Page of the low bidder. The Bio page serves as an added benefit to the service provider.
At the conclusion of the Bidding process, the consumer will receive an email with a list of those who bid. Next to each Bidder will be an accept link. The consumer chooses the bidder who they would like to do the work. This will automatically send the selected bidder an email notifying them that they have been chosen for the job.
The winning Bidder may see above Jobs on their own My Bid Board wording saying they have a Job pending acceptance. Once the winning Bidder accepts the Job, they will receive the consumer's contact information.
At this time the service provider and consumer should meet to finalize specifics of the job and sign any contracts. The winning bid does not guarantee that the price will not change. It is the responsibility of the consumer to provide as much information about the job requirements as possible. Additional information such as insurance, permit if necessary and a signed proposal covering costs and all other aspects of the job should be executed at this time.
Bid4MyJobOnline.com provides the service provider with the ability to ask questions regarding the job. It is the service provider's responsibility to obtain as much information pertaining to the Job as possible so that an accurate Bid can be registered.
After the work has been completed, the service provider will click on their My Bid Board and click on Job completed. The consumer will be provided a Job Performance Survey to be completed. After the consumer fills out the survey scoring the service provider on various aspects of the Job, a score will be given regarding Job quality performance. This score will be viewable on The service provider's bio page by everyone anytime the service provider Bids on a Job.
Bid4MyJobOnline.com believes that the score will provide additional information to be considered along with the price, for future jobs. This will help the service provider build their reputation, and should help the consumer feel better about the decision of who to select for a job. Think of it like a friend’s referral. What could be better than that?
